That’s the advice I got when I told the oncology nurse I played tennis yesterday (half court) after she saw my hemoglobin was 95.
She doesn’t know me very well. There was no way I was forfeiting to the Trengoves. We won 6 games to 3 with last game lasting about 25 minutes in 30 degrees on my serve!
Already proud of myself, but to do it at a hemoglobin of 95 (when normally 145) I have to say I’m super impressed. Especially being the only non-tennis player on the court.
Had an awesome day on the farm feeding the lambs and playing presidents & assholes (cards) and lots of G&T.
Happy days xx
