It feels like a tremendously bad hangover or a totally intense kick ass Training session.
Difference? Its lasts for 6 months.
So what do you do with a hangover….drink your way through it of course with a chaser. And what do you do with gym soreness….well you u stretch and chase it with a light workout. You keep moving, you keep punching. You keep getting back up to party, work out, train, live another session! Life will beat us all one day, but not this day mother f#*&er!
