I did am experiment this morning, following a recipe for low carb pancakes. It was an epic fail.
My 2nd experiment was reverting to my usual banana and blueberry home made pancakes *a twerk on my mother’s recipe, and I replaced milk for coconut and almond milk. The experiment really though was I’d eat one.
I got full half way through, and half hour later I feel bloated, letharthic and achy and with headache.
Placebo effect or not I’m listening body LOUD & CLEAR.
